The River multifamily housing complex located in Mason City, IA and developed by Talon Development has been named the top multifamily development in the state of Iowa. The River was recognized as the 2021 Best Multifamily Housing Development at the Housing Iowa Conference on September 8, 2021 in Cedar Rapids, IA. The honor was awarded by the Iowa Finance Authority based on its contributions to advancing housing opportunities for Iowans.
