The success of District 42 is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team involved in bringing this project to life. It serves as an inspiration to others showcases the incredible potential of innovative multi-family developments in meeting housing needs. The HousingIowa Awards recognize outstanding programs, projects and professionals for leadership and innovation in advancing housing opportunities for Iowans. Our team traveled to Cedar Rapids on September 6th to accept the award and was joined by Property Manager, Jamie, who took the stage to share stories from residents at District 42.
