On Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 Talon Development, in partnership with Eagle Construction, has officially broken ground on the Fox Hills Apartments in Dubuque, Iowa. This project aims to address the growing demand for quality housing in the region by introducing a modern, 390-unit apartment community. Designed with a variety of floor plans, including studios and spacious one- to three-bedroom units, Fox Hills will offer residents a blend of comfort and convenience in a prime location along the Mississippi River. The first phase will welcome new residents later in 2026.
