District 42
Talon Development completed the site selection, acquisition, entitlements, and capital raise of 215 units of Workforce Housing in Sioux City, IA. Talon was successful in securing a Tax Credit from the Iowa Economic Development Authority and refinanced the property utilizing a HUD 223(f) loan.
District 29
Talon Development completed the site selection, acquisition, entitlements, and capital raise of 118 units of Workforce Housing in Fort Dodge, IA. Talon coordinated the creation of a new Urban Revitalization area for this project to secure a 90% property tax abatement and just recently refinance the property with a HUD 223(f) loan.
