Hillcrest Village
Talon Development was awarded a Workforce Housing Tax Credit from the Iowa Economic Development Authority to build 54 units in Orange City, IA. The property was able to be refinanced while utilizing a local bank in a strong and growing community.
Maple Pass
Talon Development coordinated the first successful TIF in the city of Hartford, SD to build 178 total units of Workforce Housing. Talon also managed the project underwriting and secured financing with a local lender.
