DISTRICT 42- SIOUX CITY
District 42 in Sioux City is wrapping up Phase II apartments and townhomes following the successful opening of Phase I earlier this summer. The project consists of 215 units and property amenities include a community building, outdoor pool, dog park, fitness center, package room and onsite staff. District 42 is Sioux City’s largest Multifamily complex built to-date and it’s ribbon cutting was met with guests from local and state government including guest speaker Governor Kim Reynolds. Hillcrest Village Phase II will be opening early October, 2021 and will add 50 new units to Orange City, IA.
